I'm 86, receptionists smiling, helpful even laughed at my jokes. Doc was good and informative! Never did I feel forgotten, even during the wait for biopsy people kept checking on me.

So far, so good. Front office staff was efficient but friendly. I waited a whole 2 minutes from check-in to being taken to exam room…and another 2 before Dr. Joe came in. I liked his cautious approach to my issue, rather than shoving pills at me right off the bat. I’m looking forward to a successful outcome.
