During his time at Naval Medical Center San Diego, Dr. Hardy served as Chair of Dermatology and as a staff dermatopathologist. He also supported military medical education as an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

Dr. Hardy will retire from an admirable career in the United States Navy in September 2026 as he transitions into civilian and private practice life. His practice includes all aspects of medical and surgical dermatology, with advanced expertise in Mohs surgery and dermatopathology. He also performs a variety of aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, BOTOX®, collagen fillers, and chemical peels, while maintaining a strong focus on comprehensive dermatologic care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Hardy is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time between the hills and the salty ocean air with his family.
