My appointment was at 1:00. I was told numerous times to arrive at 12:45. I arrived at 12:30, and the doors were locked. The assistant arrived at 12:40, and Kelly Mead arrived right after, so I went in and let the front desk know I was there. Even though I was the first patient after lunch and arrived early, I was not taken to a room for 20 minutes after my appointment! After an interminable time, Kelly came in and did a VERY QUICK exam. Why should a patient show up 15 minutes early, only to be made to wait for 45 minutes to be seen by an assistant?
